A Film about Saint Elisabeth Hesselblad (1870-1957)

I have just finished this film that has taken several years. It is the life story of the most recent Swedish saint who died in 1957. Her life connects Sweden, The United States, and Rome.

She converted to the Catholic Church in Washington and after moving to Rome to live as a nun in the house of Saint Bridget, which then was a Carmelite convent, her mission became to reestablish the Bridgettine order in Rome and in Sweden. But the order has spread over the world with particular success in India. For the project, I have used AI technology to dramatize and recreate aspects of her life.

It is a cooperation project between EWTN Norge and EWTN Sverige.
